1. Introduction Welcome to Shortacre Farm. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales, including gift cards, local delivery, pick-up, subscriptions, and any other offerings available through our website or authorised sellers.

2. General Terms

  • Shortacre Farm operates in accordance with Australian consumer law, ensuring that all products and services meet the necessary quality and safety standards.

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable exclusively through our website.

  • They are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

4. Local Delivery and Pick-Up

  • We offer local delivery within specified areas. Delivery times and availability depend on seasonal demand and farm operations.

  • Orders for local delivery must be placed within the designated cut-off time to ensure same-day or next-day delivery.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide instructions for a safe drop-off location. Shortacre Farm is not responsible for orders left unattended at the recipient's request.

  • Pick-up orders must be collected within the specified time frame. Uncollected orders may not be refunded.

  • Orders picked up outside of the nominated window without prior arrangement cannot be guaranteed for quality.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions for regular flower deliveries are available on a recurring basis (weekly or fortnightly).

  • Subscription payments are processed automatically through the chosen payment method.

  • Customers can modify, pause, or cancel their subscription by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled delivery.

  • If a subscription delivery falls on a public holiday, we will reschedule it to the closest available date.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • We take great care in ensuring the quality of our flowers and products. If you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian consumer law.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable items.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Force Majeure

  • Shortacre Farm is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen farm-related challenges.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
